Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting, for cancellations within less than 24 hours you will be charge in full for the meeting. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.

Package Expiry

All Centred Soul Coaching Packages are valid for 12 months, with the exception of The Whole New Horizon Package being valid for 24 months.

Refunds

Please note that no refunds will be issued for change of mind. Under extenuating circumstances, it will be at the discretion of Centred Soul if a refund will be offered.
