Members will not hold CoFlow responsible for any claims resulting from negligence. Members also understand that CoFlow does not offer any emergency medical services. Memberships are subject to compliance with this Membership Agreement and our House Rules, which may be modified from time to time. Updated versions of the House Rules and Membership Agreement will be sent to Members via email and printed to be visible to Members in our workspaces. CoFlow has the right to end a Membership if a Member breaks these rules.
Billing, Refunds, and Membership
Membership is renewed automatically each month
CoFlow Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Payments are taken monthly from the date the membership was started. Square is our primary billing method.
Cancellation of Membership Plans
The terms for ending your membership are set forth in CoFlow Membership Agreement. Any costs or usage fees incurred by Member after Member’s written notice of cancellation are payable. Membership rates are subject to change for any new memberships and old rates cannot be reactivated once cancelled.
Reservation Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled without a fee up to 2 hours prior to appointment time. If a reservation is canceled less than 2 hours prior to appointment time then 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. In case of a cancellation due to an emergency please call the shop for further assistance.
Refunds
Monthly memberships and 10 Day Passes are non-refundable but can be transferred to another party with a $20 processing fee. Members may upgrade their plans subject to availability and CoFlow staff approval. Any remaining credit from your old plan will be applied to the new plan.
