Blank Space Studio

By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• The initial term of the membership shall be for a set duration, and shall automatically renew for successive periods, unless either party provides written notice of termination at least a certain number of days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
• The Studio shall provide the Member with the benefits of the membership, subject to any limitations or restrictions on the benefits.
• The Member agrees to pay the Studio the membership fee on a monthly basis, due on a specific date of each month. The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member's membership for non-payment.
• The Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason, provided that the terminating party provides a written notice to the other party at least two weeks in advance. Additionally, the Studio may terminate the Agreement without prior notice if the Member breaches any of the terms outlined in the Agreement.
• The Member assumes all risks associated with the use of the Studio's facilities and equipment and releases the Studio from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising out of or related to the Member's use of the Studio.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a certain jurisdiction, and any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the Agreement.
• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
• The Member agrees that by checking this box, they have read and understood this Agreement and that it constitutes a binding agreement between the Member and the Studio.
