Welcome to the Goddess Experience Membership Club. We are dedicated licensed and professional skin specialists that gear our services to help you achieve the skin of your dreams. Our innovative and updated technology of skin-machines and products allow us to get you the results needed for any skin-type or skin-problems you may have. The solution is consistency and daily-care to achieve the results in a matter of months!

PACKAGES: If you purchase a "PACKAGE", you will be charged a discounted amount for purchasing ahead. This enables us to put you on a special plan to enable you to get the results in a consistent schedule. By purchasing the following, you authorize Goddess Aesthetics to charge the amount stated, in advance, and you are in charge of scheduling your monthly appointments. We can assist you if you have any questions regarding signing up. Once completed, they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not considered credits to the account.

SUBSCRIPTIONS: By signing up, you authorize Goddess Aesthetics to initiate a recurring charge to the credit/debit card that you use for the total amount of the membership due at the 1st of each month. I understand that I am responsible for scheduling my monthly appointments and that I may not be able to use every benefit due to my treatment plans suggested by my skin care specialist at this facility.

I understand if my credit/debit card declines for my monthly dues, I am aware that all future appointments will be canceled immediately. If you wish to change the card on file, please contact us via email immediately.

Monthly benefits that are not consumed are non-refundable, non-transferable, not considered credit on my account and have no cash value.

I understand that this membership is a minimum of three (3) consecutive months from start date and cannot be cancelled before then. It is my responsibility to cancel this membership. To cancel membership, there needs to be a thirty (30) day grace period prior to the next cycle.
