I accept the following Terms & Conditions: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! If you need to reschedule please do so (24 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment. Also, you can reschedule yourself and click on the button link "Change/Reschedule appointment''. Keep in mind all "Reschedules' will be scheduled only for the next first available appointment on my calender! April will be calling YOU at the phone number you provided. There is a 7 minute grace period for every appointment. Once past the allotted time, the appointment will be considered a “no show” until further communication happens. If you want to make a special request for our call such as: FaceTime, IG video, or ZOOM, please email me at: astreastoundace@gmail.com and I will add that in my scheduling notes so that I am better prepared for our session, such as providing you with a meeting ID#, passcode, and so on! If you are located outside of the United States, then please email me as well, and I will arrange for us to either ZOOM or IG video.

Package Policy: There is a 1 year expiration date from the time of your purchase to book these sessions & you may book these sessions at any given time during that duration. Package combos provide you with tons of savings as it honors my original rates! You may give a session to someone if you feel you do not need one of the sessions after all. However, if you choose to do so, please email me at: astreastoundance@gmail.com to let me know of the person you choose to give it to, so I have their contact information & phone number in my booking notes so I am prepared for their call.

NOTE: All scheduled appointment times on this website are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please adjust your schedule accordingly to your own time zone prior to your scheduled appointment.
