I understand that music lessons are non-refundable and that vaccination against coronavirus is required to take in-person lessons at this time. I agree to abide by current public health mandate regarding the covid-19 pandemic while inside of the Sierra 2 Center where the Macondo Music Studio is located. I understand that in-person singing is a high risk activity for covid spread and that Macondo Music and Sierra 2 Center cannot guarantee that there will not be exposure to the coronavirus while in the Sierra 2 Center. I agree to all studio policies regarding scheduling.
