Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a full refund being issued or store credit replenished. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be given the option to either re-book or will be required to pay the full charge of the appointment. All no shows will automatically be charged the full amount of the appointment/the usage of their store credit except for under extraordinary circumstances.

Late Policy

Given Cetana's scheduling system, it is important to be on time for your appointment. If the guest is late (past 15 minutes) the guest will need to reschedule to avoid scheduling conflicts. The guest will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
