I agree to the following health, safety, code of conduct, waiver, purchase terms and conditions of membership with Tri-Cities Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Ltd:

• Please read our policies carefully because they affect your legal rights. By continuing with our services and purchasing them, you are indicating you have read, understood and accept our policies including our waiver. If you have any concerns with our policies, you should not continue with our site or services.

• We value everyone's right to a safe, healthy and respectful training environment. All students and guests are required to observe and follow our policies at all times. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who does not abide by our policies.
• Instructors are subject to change without notice.
• GST (5%) and PST (7%) charged on applicable memberships and merchandises at checkout.
• We only accept credit card payments via our online payment processor. We do not accept cash or cheques.
• Merchandise may be returned for an account credit within 15 days of pick up from our school location.
• All returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
• Proof of payment must accompany the returned merchandise. All returned merchandises are subject to inspection.
• All memberships, private lessons, and special events must be pre-paid prior to attendance.
• All private lesson purchases are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and will expire thereafter.
• All students are required to sign up and pre-register for classes online from our schedule page.
• All 10-Day FREE Trials are eligible as a one-time free offer per new student for 10 consecutive days.
• All Introductory Offers are eligible as a one-time offer per new student.
• All Monthly Membership packages are split billed every 2 weeks in 2 equal payments.
• All Introductory Offers, Mastery Membership packages, Flex-Passes and special events are billed as a single payment at the point of purchase.
• Un-used coupons, and discounts do not carry over into the next cycle and will be reset upon auto-renewal.
• All Monthly, Mastery and Flex Pass Memberships will auto-renew until the student indicates otherwise in writing to info@tricitiesgjj.com.
• 30 days advance written notice required to info@tricitiesgjj.com to receive a confirmation email to stop membership auto-renewal charges.
• You can cancel your membership for any reason with a 30-day written notice as indicated above, and you are authorized to continue training during your 30-day cancellation period. All membership fees will continue to be due until proper cancellation procedures have been followed.
• All memberships and private lessons sales are final. Memberships and private lessons purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
