Refund policy: classes, services, sessions, eBooks, digital downloads, etc. are non-refundable. Please understand that I cannot give refunds for consultations/sessions once they have been completed. Regardless of how you feel about the consultation /sessions, you will have received the time, expertise and document you have paid for.

Cancellation Policy: Out of respect of Joli Knott and other clients, if you need to cancel and reschedule an appointment, I require a 48 hour notice. If you do not provide a 48 hour notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not provide a 48-hour notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited.

If Joli cannot reach and connect to you via Zoom, email or phone within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled session time, Joli will consider the session cancelled and will retain the session fee. If you let Joli know you are running late, it sadly means we’ll have less time together until your allotted time is complete. We can’t overrun as that will impact the next appointment.

Once a session is complete, there are no refunds. Sessions that are rescheduled are non-refundable if cancelled or forfeited.
