Infant massage classes are only offered to parents whose baby is two weeks to 12 months of age. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a gift card or package for yourself or someone else. Due to our certification regulations, we are unable to teach the class if the baby is over 12 months of age. Prepaid packages and/or single sessions will not be refunded if they are not used in the baby’s first year. Packages may not be transferred to or shared with another family.

Your Nurtured Baby has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all educational classes and events. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, "no calls" and "no shows" will have a 100% class rate penalty.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we will not be able to accommodate your full class time.

Only two guests per family allowed (including multiples). At least one guest must be the parent or primary caregiver. Absolutely no siblings or non-parent guests under the age of 14 permitted. If you bring extra guests, you will kindly be asked to reschedule.

We have a “No Shoes Policy” at Your Nurtured Baby. Upon arrival, please remove your shoes at the rug to the right of the front door. Wear socks or inside-only shoes. You may also request disposable booties to go over your dry outside shoes. This allows us to keep the space extra clean for our little guests.

Unfortunately, we do not have enough space to accommodate stroller parking inside. Please refrain from bringing strollers. If you require assistance getting from your vehicle into the spa, please reach out to us ahead of time to request assistance. We are always happy to help!

No food or beverages are allowed in the baby spa. We do provide complimentary water during your visit.

The Your Nurtured Baby premises is under video surveillance to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
