4:1 Small Group Training

You get the consistency of training at the same time each week, with the same group of people, in four week blocks.

What’s included with our 4:1 Small Group Training:

- A tailored training program that is created for you and your goals
- Access to the Train Heroic app, which contains your training program, tracks your progress and provides data for you and your trainer
- Personal Training style sessions for a fraction of the 1:1 price
- Train with 3 other clients consistently, so you get the community feel while your trainer gives you the attention and care that you deserve
- Free Saturday Special classes at 8am and 9am at no additional cost

Note: If you’re unable to attend a session you can join in another group at a different time or day, subject to availability in the 4 week block.
