The Discovery Package gives you 6 sessions to connect to your body.
It includes:
* In-depth intake pre-work
* Intention forming session
* 5 Experience, explore and practice sessions
* Home practice supported by possible recorded/written materials tailored for your goals
Each session will be tailored to you in line with your goals/needs and aligned with how you are on the day of the session. Common possibilities include: movement, breath work, relaxation, visualisation, mindfulness, meditation, touch/massage, lifestyle advice, sound, philosophy and/or conversation.
