Booking your Skin Treatment

If you’re a first-time client, you’ll need to book a Skin Consultation before starting your treatment journey. This can be booked on its own or combined with a bespoke treatment to get started straight away. If you’re not ready to dive into treatments but would still like expert advice on your skin, a Skin Consultation is also a great way to get personalised guidance tailored to your needs.

For younger clients aged 11-18, we offer a Teen Skin Consultation, perfect for getting advice on how to care for their skin and create a simple, effective routine.

If it’s been more than 12 months since your last visit, please book a Catch-Up Consultation to revisit your skin goals.

If you would like to begin IPL Treatments please book an IPL Consultation & Patch Test.

For existing clients, please select the Waves Bespoke Skin Treatment recommended at your last appointment so we can continue your treatment plan. If you’re unsure which treatment to book, just send us a message, and we’ll help you.

Our Cancer Care Treatments are always available for new and returning clients alike and are designed to provide gentle, supportive care for those undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. These can also be booked without a consultation.

Booking Tips

When scheduling your skin treatments, keep these important considerations in mind to ensure the best results:

Timing Matters: Avoid booking your skin treatment too close to lash and brow appointments. Skin treatments can affect lamination, lash lifts, and waxed skin.

Know Your Downtime: Be aware of the downtime associated with your specific skin treatment. Some treatments have minimal downtime and are ideal for special events, while others may leave your skin red and makeup-free for a few days. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for guidance.

Space for Settling: It's crucial to allow time for injectables and skin treatments to settle. We recommend a two-week gap, however, we advise checking with your injector for their specific recommendations.

Booking Conditions

A 30% non refundable deposit is taken for all bookings.

You may amend or cancel your booking up to 72 hours in advance of your appointment with no extra charge.

However if the booking is rescheduled or cancelled within 72 hours of your appointment time, Waves Skin Therapy reserves the right to charge 50% of the balance of the appointment cost to your debit/credit card, please contact us to discuss.

An appointment may be rescheduled twice. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice you will lose your booking deposit.

Failing to arrive for your appointment without notification authorises Waves Skin Therapy to charge the balance of the appointment cost to your debit/credit card.
