60 Minute Initial:

In your first session I will take you through a process of assessment. This includes a postural
evaluation to determine priorities and clarify goals so you can get from where you are to where
you want to be. This is the foundation of the program.

60 Minute Ongoing:

Each week we come together to keep you moving in a positive direction. This includes specific
postural instruction to address your unique issues combined with a custom workout designed to
forward your progress. This is how you get results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with
body knowledge and mindfulness practices applicable to everything you do.

6 Month Coaching Package (24 sessions) $2200
