You can use this code to login and select the classes you wish to attend, and you will be sent a code for the first class. The subsequent codes will be shared in the email reminder you will receive on the day of each class. This option offers the most flexibility enabling you to dip in and out as is convenient for you over the month and represents great value for money. This is Reformer combo bundle. 6 X 90 min sessions. These are Reformer combined with Sports Massage. You can split this 90 mins any way you like. 45/45 straight down the middle, or 60 mins Sports Massage, 30 mins reformer. Your time, your way. If the 60 mins half and half option is not long enough this is a great combo and the two sessions are so complimentary to one another. I usually start with the reformer and finish with the massage. This would be amazing if you were rehabilitating after an injury, but equally great for a complete beginner to the reformer.
