The SEL Wisdom for Parents Coaching Program packs a punch, intentionally, and for good reasons. This program spans over 3 months (10 sessions) of 60-90 minutes each and is tailored to your needs and the needs of your family. It integrates practical step-by-step tools for mindset and self-care, while gently probing you to utilize your newly learned problem-solving strategies to calm the overwhelm and deal with family breakdowns while creating a sense of harmony regardless of the circumstances.
