People who come to your appointment with less than 40% or 50% of eyelashes for a filling will be charged an additional amount on the day of their appointment

There is a 10 minute grace period. However, after 10 minutes there is a $15 fee and after 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled.

Avoid using your phone to make calls and there is no texting allowed since you cant open your eyes throughout the whole service and i cannot text for you as it will make me take longer to finish but i can answer phone calls if necessary.
