In this semi-private virtual session I will guide you and your partner/friend through a full body pilates workout, using detailed verbal cues and explanations. Modifications apply depending on each participant's needs. Please make sure both participants fill out the Client's History Forms provided during booking. This lesson is conducted via Zoom. After booking online you will receive a Zoom link. Click on that link at your designated appointment time to start. I will be there to greet you!
