These 1 on 1 Pilates mat virtual sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. I guide you through a combination of exercises using detailed verbal cues, demonstrations and corrections. The lessons are conducted via Zoom conferencing. After purchasing your sessions online (either a single session or a package) you will receive an email confirmation and a code to schedule your sessions. Once scheduled, you will receive a Zoom link. Click on that link at your designated appointment time to start. I will be there to greet you!
