This 8-week session will provide your kids with tools and techniques to help develop their athleticism in soccer from a functional movement point of view. We will focus on developing fundamental skills, improving agility and speed, reaction time, start\stops, change of direction, etc., all of which are designed to enhance their overall gameplay strategy. Our team training sessions prioritize safety and injury prevention as well as an environment where kids can grow both as individuals and as part of a team.
