Individual Member | Unlimited Monthly Class Pass Subscription is a minimum 3 consecutive month Auto Subscription. No transfers or refunds if unused. Savings price point will continue for consecutive 6 months from purchase.
MEMBER is responsible for ending auto renewal. Membership cancelations require 30days to process due to varying start dates per member. A renewal reminder email is sent to client seven days prior to their subscription renewal date. This email will allow you to discontinue membership after 3 month minimum.
There are absolutely no transfers, guest use in your absence or refunds.
A required Auto Payment form must be on clients file in full completion and agreeance of Monthly Subscription Terms, Covid Policy and DS Terms and Conditions Forms.
