8 Group Classes per month with Krista at MVP. This membership entitles you to standing reservations in 2 classes per week of your choice--ideally, the same classes weekly to encourage consistency. (1 makeup class per month will be offered as a courtesy for planned absences.)

Generally intended to be used for the same class weekly, but if there are spots available in other classes, subscriber may schedule a makeup class at a different time (providing it is an appropriate level) or upgrade to a 30-minute private session for a $25 surcharge. 4 (four) 50-minute private sessions at MVP with Senior Teacher (Krista).

10 private sessions with senior teacher in studio. NOTE: Price for 10-pack of sessions will increase to $1,000 as of Sept. 1, 2022.

10 duet sessions (priced per person).

55-minute session with a workout partner. Price listed is per person.

4 50-minute duet sessions at MVP studio for 1 person/2 duet sessions for 2 people.
