We have offered this sanctuary and yoga practice to so many people over these last 18 years and welcome you to join us for a month of unlimited classes. Please feel so welcome to talk with any of our teaching staff about anything from what you should wear to class, to finding the right type of mat, when and how to use props, and of course about the Yoga itself. When learning something new there is always the first and often awkward learning curve. Being patient and curious will absolutely help you. The lack of mirrors is intentional so that we can all feel free to explore and play and grow without any judgment of how we are looking. The health benefits of a consistent yoga practice are enormous. We hope that you find peace, ease, comfort, confidence, and connection and become a part of our vast and diverse community.
