This annual subscription cost is for a single person in a Family Plan. For each participating member of the family, this fee applies. (eg. Two people, 2 subscriptions = $200; three people, 3 subscriptions = $300, etc).
The $110 fee is augmented by a $10 credit for your next session purchase. To redeem your $10 credit on your first Package purchase, use coupon code PDISC10 at checkout.
All family members can share in any multi-session packages.
Subscriptions automatically renew annually and can be cancelled prior to your renewal date. You will be notified 20-days before your renewal date of an upcoming charge.
