I agree that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Your session time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the schedule for the day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations for changes to your appointment. No refunds.
I understand each package has an expiration date. 5 Packs expire in 60 days, and 10 Packs expire 90 days from the first day of activation.
Must be able to commit to the first two months of your subscription before being able to pause or cancel. Subscriptions are Auto-Renewed and can be paused or cancelled at anytime. Must pause or cancel before next payment period.
