2023 Terms & Agreements of Service

All in person membership packages include the InBody Consult—This is one of our newest features to the PT program. Knowing and understanding your progress and potential is essential to your success. Not knowing erodes accountability and preparation. Therefore, at the end of each month you will check-in on our Inbody Scale, take a photo of your results, and IMMEDIATELY send to me for vour support team for review.

The Virtual Program was created into the membership packages to ENSURE you have every support system to train wherever you may be. There will be a minimum of 12 sessions per month. This will mean you have 36 opportunities to train depending on your membership {4 sessions/monthly, 8 sessions/monthly, 12 sessions/monthly) and the availability of the time you would like to come.

All reserved sessions and packages are set up on auto-pay for every month. This means fees for services are withdrawn from your bank account monthly on the same date you agreed upon within the training contract. Proration of fees will ONLY be assessed in the month of December. A la Carte pricing is available upon request

When there are more sessions serviced within a month than you have purchased, your card will be charged $35 for every additional session after the personal training session. This amount assessed is outside of the normal auto draft amount. You will not be charged for these sessions

If you need to make up a session. Please notify Tiss and the team if you have a make-up session and should not be charged. If your card is declined you will have 24hrs to contact Tiss and support team to avoid further fees. We are pretty lenient on this, however, as soon as you know, a new card will need to be put on file as soon as possible.

An informative review of services and upgrades will be assessed. There will also be consultative appointments available on the InBody upon request. There will be up to two monthly opportunities for make-up sessions. These sessions will announced at the beginning of each month.

If Tiss cancels a session, she will be responsible for making sure the session is made up in advance or you will receive a refund. Never hesitate when there is uncertainty. We are here to answer any and all questions about our programs, your progression and in any way we can help. When in doubt, just ask.
