Booking Policy:

50% deposit of your session total is due in order to book. The other half of your total is due at the beginning of the session.

Cancellation policy:

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel in under 24hrs you forfeit your deposit and the studio keeps it to cover time lost.

If you cancel in more than 24 hours we will credit your deposit to a rescheduled time.

Parking & Entry:

You can park in our private parking lot, if available

Studio Policy:

Client Guests: No large crowds. We allow a max number of 5 people per session including client that booked.

Data Storage: Studio X is not liable for any missing or deleted files after your session. Client files are a client's responsibility. Please come prepared with a USB or external hard drive and backup your files after every session.

LA location is NON SMOKING.

Oakland location upstairs smoking fee: $50
Oakland downstairs area is 420 friendly. No tobacco products.
