This class is for players with some experience playing tennis. This class teaches intermediates the fundamental movements unique to tennis. The Instructor will briefly go over technique for ground strokes, serving, volleys, overheads and basic tennis vocabulary. Participants will build confidence and coordination by learning the various strokes through instruction, drills and play. Building endurance, fitness levels and learning strategy will help grow physical fitness, foster critical thinking, and cooperation by playing with others.
