GROUP VIRTUAL Basic Manners - 3 sessions
By clicking the box, you are confirming that you will be the participant in in-home training, off-site training, virtual training, private/group training or that you are the authorized agent for the participant in the training session or class, and that you agree to the foregoing terms and conditions, which include a waiver and release of liability.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I, the Client, understand that Crimson Hound will work directly with me and my Dog to impart contemporary animal behavior knowledge that best fits our needs, and that successful companion dog programs depend on a combination of learned skills on the part of dog and owner. Behavior is not static; an animal will not continue to perform even trained behaviors without ongoing practice. Especially in cases involving any type of aggression, although behavior may be modified, the dog is never considered “cured”. A dog’s behavior is ultimately the owner’s responsibility. Crimson Hound will make every reasonable effort to help Client attain goals but makes no guarantees of performance on the part of Client or Dog as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultations.
Client agrees that Crimson Hound has not promised, guaranteed, or warranted that the results of training will last for any amount of time or that my Dog can be trained, will never bite, will not be dangerous or vicious in the future and will never exhibit other behavioral problems. Client understands that the elimination or modification of behaviors is not guaranteed and will not provide exact results. Failure to follow the professional advice given to Client by Crimson Hound may result in an escalation of behavior and training issues. Client agrees that non-compliance with the recommendations of Crimson Hound constitutes non-liability to Crimson Hound. Client further agrees to accept responsibility for any damages Client’s Dog may cause through malicious, aggressive, or improper behavior that may occur before, during or after all services provided by Crimson Hound.
Client acknowledges that training/behavior modification may be an activity in which damage or injury to my dog(s) and/or persons may occur. Client will assume full financial/moral responsibility for the actions of Dog. Client further acknowledges that Dog may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions which include, but are not limited to, vehicular travel, interaction with people and other animals, exposure to adverse weather, and exposure to areas with crowds and all types of traffic. Client understands and agrees that if Dog is injured in a dog fight or an accident, is lost or stolen, or engages in any dangerous, vicious, or unwanted behavior, during or after all services provided by Crimson Hound, at Client’s home or any other location, that Client accepts the risk and agrees that Crimson Hound shall not be held responsible or for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses.
Client agrees that training session duration is determined by Crimson Hound at the time of service. Time spent during appointments discussing Client’s Dog, it’s training and/or behavior, is considered training session time. Client agrees that if, at any time during a session Crimson Hound reasonably believes that Client’s Dog is ill, abused or is exhibiting any behaviors that may interfere or endanger the health and safety of any participant or bystander, including the Client’s Dog, Crimson Hound may unilaterally end the training session and that this session will still be counted as a full training session.
At Crimson Hound’s sole election, this contract may be terminated if (a) in Crimson Hound’s sole judgment Dog is dangerous to Crimson Hound or any other person or animal, or interferes with the training of other dogs, or (b) Client breaches any term or condition of this Agreement, or (c) Client requests service termination. Client further understands and agrees that Crimson Hound’s duties shall terminate immediately upon cancellation, but all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect.
Client’s signature indicates that he/she will hold Crimson Hound, its owner, employee(s), or agent(s) free and harmless from all claims, liability, damage, loss, or expenses arising out of any injury to any person or to any person’s property by Dog, while in the care, custody, and control of Client or while in the care, custody and control of Crimson Hound, its employee(s), owner(s), or agent(s).
This Agreement supersedes all other agreements and expresses the entire agreement between Client and Crimson Hound. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both Client and Crimson Hound. If any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, is held to be invalid and unenforceable, then the remainder of the Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
I agree to allow Crimson Hound LLC to take photographs and/or videos of me, my dog and my property. I authorize Crimson Hound LLC to copyright, use, or publish these photos/videos for any lawful purpose including publicity, education and advertising.
I agree to allow Crimson Hound LLC to contact my dog’s veterinarian to discuss behavior and medical history.
I certify that My dog has not been declared “vicious or dangerous” and is not the subject of a quarantine order at this time. I have read, acknowledge, and agree to all terms, conditions and legal provisions set forth in this agreement.
All services provided are as stated on the website. Crimson Hound does not offer free evaluations or consultations. The first visit is considered lesson #1 of any program or class.
All training programs are prepaid. Payments are accepted through credit card or PayPal.
Other arrangements for payment in full at the first consultation are available only if agreed upon by both parties. Any returned checks are subject to a $35 bank fee.
All training sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. If Crimson Hound concludes that the dog is not deemed to be appropriate for private in-person sessions, the client will be transferred into private virtual sessions for the remainder of the purchased package. If the training contract is terminated by Crimson Hound, a refund in an amount prorated for the unused portion of the package will be issued.
Classes cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled. If the client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice or is not present at the time of a scheduled appointment, the session will still be counted as one session for all packages and session fees are still due. Cancellations due to inclement weather, as agreed upon by trainer and client, will be accepted without penalty. Crimson Hound reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any appointment when necessary.

As of September 1, 2021, Crimson Hound LLC has updated its COVID-19 policy based on the latest CDC guidelines.
* All in-person sessions will be held outdoors with attendees maintaining social distancing of at least 6 feet.
* Face masks that cover both mouth and nose are required for any unvaccinated individuals.
* Your Crimson Hound trainer is fully vaccinated, but, in an effort to reduce the speed of the virus, will cancel sessions if she feels sick with any COVID-like symptoms or has knowingly been exposed to anyone who is COVID-19 positive.
Crimson Hound LLC asks that clients cancel In-Person and/or Walk & Train sessions if any of the following are true:
* You or anyone in your household has knowingly been exposed to anyone who is COVID-19 positive. Even if you receive a negative COVID test result, Crimson Hound requests that you please complete a full 14-day quarantine from the last known exposure.
* You or anyone in your household feels sick with COVID-like symptoms.
* You or anyone in your household is awaiting COVID test results.
* You are anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID within the last 14 days.
