Before proceeding with your booking, there are a few things to note:

***Minimum of $89.00 of services in Calgary
***MInimun of $200.00 in services for Okotoks, Chestermere, Cochrane & Airdrie

Additional services will be available to select after you have chosen your main service. Any addons to manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing will also be available after you have chosen your main service.

***Please note that a deposit will be required for online bookings.***
***A minimum of $89.00 of services must be booked with us per appointment in Calgary***
***Additional travel costs will also be applied for long distance travel for spa treatments.***
***Bearspaw travel fees are $30.00***
***Please note, if paid parking is required at your specific location, that we do charge the same parking rate, while on-site at your location.***

Group Bookings

Please note that any bookings for more than three or more people must be done via telephone or email. Please call us at 403-829-2160 or email us at ttmobileservices@gmail.com to book spa parties.

Great news: couples are now able to book massages online!

Please also note that additional fees for travel will be applied to anyone booking outside of the Calgary area. Our travel fees are as follows: Airdrie/Okotoks/Cochrane/High River//Chestermere: $35.00, Canmore: $190.00, Banff: $210.00, Lake Louise: $225

Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations must be done in writing. Please book 24 hours in advance for all requested bookings

All clients must agree to our cancellation policy.

Gift Cards

All gift cards that are purchased for specific services, include GST in the price, to avoid any payment being required upon visiting the recipient of your gift card.

At Tender Touch, we strive to provide the highest quality of Mobile Spa treatment results. To achieve this, we ask that all clients are able to be seated upright in a chair, on a couch, or a wheelchair in order to be fully accessible for their spa treatment. Due to the nature of mobile treatments and the specialized care that bed-ridden patients require, we regret that we are unable to accommodate persons who are unable to sit up for the duration of their spa treatment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
