Cancellation Policy

Our therapists are here by appointment only, the time you select is reserved exclusively for you. We also block out that time, making it unavailable for others to book.

We understand that certain issues may arise, so please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice or more
Your service will be cancelled or changed at no charge.

Within 24 hours call, change or cancellation
50% of the service will be charged

No-shows and no-call

100% of the service will be charged
