This package offers individualised psychological guidance and can be taken with clients (I suggest to split the cost). It includes creation of an individualised psychological formulation and strategies.

We will meet for an initial chat of 30 minutes to lay out the plan, followed by 3 individualised sessions of 60 minutes duration.
