Mindful yoga program, sound healing, and nutrition for teens and young adults (13-17 / 18-21), looking for a space to release tension, and find balance, as they learn about themselves through connection, movement/stillness, and breath work. This is a practice that heals, and it is a practice that prevents. Because we learn and change through repetition and practice, we encourage a minimum of 3 months to see changes in lower stress, anxiety, and/or depression.
Weekly mindful yoga (90 min sessions including time to connect and special activities), sound healing sessions, and specialized workshops on nutrition each month.

Therapeutic Yoga Session Packages
Pre-school Yoga class curated for Austin eco Bilingual Schools. Yoga is a fun and powerful way to help toddlers and young children gain better awareness of their body and their feelings. Classes alternate between energetic games, poses and songs using imaginative scenarios, and progress to slower, quieter moments of feeling the breath moving inside the body. Children are encouraged to get their wiggles out, and rehearse how we can all use our breath to calm our feelings and soothe our bodies when we are overstimulated. In our class your child not only learns from the teacher, but has the opportunity to be a leader by choosing movements and sounds for the group to practice together, boosting their self-esteem and confidence.
