We will meet 3 times for a 1 on 1 session. At the end of each session, I will ask your body when you can release more emotions and we will schedule the follow ups accordingly. During your session, we will use Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) to ask your body what emotion it is ready to release from your past. We will uncover the time and often the cause. Then I will lovingly and without judgement hold space for whatever you feel comfortable sharing. Once we have brought the emotion to the forefront of your mind, we will let this old negative energy go using a magnet to draw it out of your energy field. We will continue in this fashion, your body will be the guide, and we will stop when your body says you are done for the day.
