In this restorative 75-minute private session, you will relax on a specialized massage table where Himalayan singing bowls are placed all around your body for total sound immersion. The singing bowls are played both on and off your body. The sensation of the bowls vibrating on your body has been described as “a massage with sound.” Various other instruments such as gongs, tuning forks, drums, and chimes may also be used.

In this relaxing 75-minute private session, you will rest on a massage table and experience the powerful combination of Reiki, Himalayan singing bowls, and tuning forks all working together. Reiki is a form of energy work that uses light touch on various points on the body to support relaxation, energy balancing, and stress reduction. Himalayan singing bowls and tuning forks are played both on and off your body, so you'll feel their physical vibrations as well as hear their soothing sounds and harmonics.

This extra special 75-minute session is for a couple or any party of 2 who would like to experience Sound Therapy together in the form of an immersive Sound Bath. This session incorporates Himalayan singing bowls being played both on and off the the body, as well as various instruments such as gongs, drums, chimes, bells, and more. You will rest comfortably on side-by-side massage tables or memory foam mattresses for the duration of this session. Prepare to be spirited away on a magical sound journey experience!

In this dreamy 60-minute private session, you'll relax comfortably on a chaise lounge as we take a deep dive into your questions about dreams, such as such as how to remember your dreams, how lifestyle or health conditions may be affecting your dreamtime, information about sleep stages, what recurring themes in your dreams mean, and how lucid dreaming can help nightmares and night paralysis. We will explore specific dreams you’d like to better understand using methods like Embodied Experiential Dreamwork.

This highly specialized 90-minute session starts with an intake review followed by an intuitively crafted combination of Sound Therapy, Reiki, Dreamwork, and/or Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation based on your needs and goals. At the end of the session, we'll have time to debrief and discuss your experience in order to integrate any significant insights or information received during your treatment.
