MPower - Small Group Subscription
Virtual group sessions (via Zoom) are individually challenging, coached workouts for both strength and cardio on and off the rowing machine. Rowing is a main component, but a treadmill, bike, or elliptical can be used.
There are 4 Small Group Sessions each week (M, W, TH & Sat).
Subscriptions will automatically renew each month from the time of purchase.

MPowerU personal training programmed for you. Strength and conditioning to maximize your goals and needs in the fully equipped studio.
Your program of strength and conditioning will incorporate body weight, resistance, with focus on form and mechanics, scaled to maximize your goals and needs.

3-month Precision Nutrition program. Build habits, learn to plan with foods you enjoy. Initial consultation, 12 weekly 30 minute check-ins. Be sure to schedule your weekly nutrition check-ins!
