Group class students are expected to have prior experience with Pilates, are generally healthy and with no existing medical conditions, injuries or special fitness needs.
PRANA offers a contemporary line-up of machine-based Pilates and Suspension Training class to cater to different interests and fitness levels. Group classes are conducted by certified pilates instructors.
What to expect:
- Learn and apply essential Pilates exercises on different equipment such as the Reformer, Stability Chair, Halo Trainer, suspension slings, and use a variety of innovative props and accessories
- Independently set up the machines
- Perform the exercises in good form
- Follow the program flow and pace of the group
- Low-impact cardio and strength-training exercises
- Improve body awareness and postural alignment
- Tone, lengthen, stretch and strengthen muscles
- Improve flexibility, mobility, balance and endurance
- Progress in your fitness goals through consistent practice
