Non-Negotiable Cancellation Policy:

Changes made in the 12-24 hours window prior to your appointment will incur a 50% (original) treatment fee.
For any changes within 12 hours, on the day, no-shows, or cancellations, you will be charged a non-negotiable 100% of the (original) treatment fee.
This firm policy holds in all scenarios, be it sickness, emergencies, or even unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19. It's crucial for our operational efficiency and fairness to all clients awaiting appointments.

Sickness Notice & Authority:

If you're feeling under the weather or show any symptoms of illness, it's imperative that you cancel your appointment.
If you come in and we assess that you are sick, we reserve the right to refuse treatment as part of our duty of care to protect other clients and our fellow ELIXR gym members.

Public Holiday/ Before & After Hours Booking:

All appointments including the following incur a $10 additional fee, irrespective of promo deals and prepaid packages:
- Before hours appointment booked at 7AM
- After hours appointment booked at 5:30PM and onwards
- Public Holidays & Weekends
Example: For a 60-minute session, there will be an additional $15 due. We will kindly request this payment on the day of your appointment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
