Grand River Solutions acknowledges that the U.S. Department of Education may release new Title IX regulations prior to the date of these trainings.

Depending on both the release date and the implementation date of the new regulations, Grand River Solutions will do one of the following:

Present content aligned with the 2023 Regulations,
Reschedule the training to align the content with the 2023 Regulations,
or Proceed with training aligned with the 2020 Regulations.

If the regulations drop within 5 business days of a training, we will cancel and reschedule.

Grand River Solutions will work with registrants individually to ensure they are able to attend at a later date if the training is rescheduled. And if the training will proceed consistent with the 2020 regulations, Grand River Solutions will work individually with registrants who prefer to apply their registration to a future updated training.

Training bundle purchases are non-refundable.
