Please read thoroughly so we can make the best of our meeting. Payment is nonrefundable, but we can always reschedule if needed. I do need a 24 hour notice to let me know you need to reschedule. This payment secures your time with me.

Please confirm our appointment here the 24 hours before. I value each client's time, and would appreciate the same courtesy extended to me. There is preparation that goes into each session prior to our meeting. If for any reason you must reschedule, I will need a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in payment kept, and you needing to pay an additional sessions worth to schedule with me again. There are exceptions on an emergency basis, inevitably.

If your session is by zoom, you will receive a recording of our session. Please download to your device and let me know when the file is downloaded so I can clear the storage for other clients sessions as well. You will have 7 days to download the session before I erase it from my storage.

Mark our scheduled time down in your calendar as well, please. Communication is important to me.

In our session, I ask that you validate with a yes or no, as that helps the flow of energy in our reading. Please DO NOT feed me information or interrupt me. This interrupts the energy in our reading. I want to give you the best possible reading. I ask that you have no distractions such as watching television or loud noises. Stay in one spot while I am reading for you. Nobody else should be in the room unless they paid for a spot in this reading too. This reading is for you, and their energy being present can cause issues.

Please use the bathroom beforehand. I can always pause our session if you need to go again. It happens.

Pictures are not needed. The less I know the better, but I like to make the best of our time together.

I never want a client to be disappointed that I did not bring someone through or did not answer all of their questions. I will always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your reading. Helping others heal is my passion.

Again, you absolutely have to confirm your appointment or you will automatically be rescheduled out for another day/time. No refunds, only rescheduling allowed as long as its 24 or more hours in advance. Please, mark your calendar for our appointment and be sure to confirm the day before our appointment as well.
