The gym is manned at the following times;
Mon - Fri
6:00 - 7:30am, 9:00 - 13:30pm, 5:00 - 7:30pm
Sat
8:30 - 12:00pm
When attending sessions in between those hours, please use the keypad situated to the left of the front door. A code will be given to you when booking your first gym session. Please do not share this code with anyone else. To exit, press the large green button situated to the right of the door.
In case of emergency, there are two panic buttons situated upstairs in the gym and downstairs in the cardio section/main class space.
GENERAL WAIVER & RELEASE
Anyone using the gym or fitness centre does so at their own risk. All Solace Gym members (“Members”), guests, and those periodically visiting any Solace Gym (collectively referred to as “you”) acknowledge and agree that Solace Gym will not be liable for any harm, damage or loss of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to death, injury, illness/sickness or patrimonial loss) and howsoever arising (including but not limited to arising as a result of negligence or gross negligence on the part of Solace Gym, its directors, employees, contractors, independent consultants, agents, other Members and/or visitors) suffered by you or any minors under your care and control and accompanying you to the gym on the premises or as a result of using any facilities, equipment and services. You acknowledge and agree that Solace Gyms are entered into and exited entirely at own risk and that the equipment, facilities and services will be utilized at own risk. You acknowledge and agree that Solace Gym will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result theft by any person, including but not limited to Solace Gym employees, independent contractors, consultants, agents other Members and/or visitors. By becoming a Member of Solace Gym or by entering the Solace Gym premises, you (or your estate as the case may be) indemnify Solace Gym against any claim by any person arising, directly or indirectly, from any injury/sickness (including death), harm, loss or damage suffered by you, whether or not such injury/sickness (including death), harm, loss or damage was caused or contributed to by any act or omission of Solace Gym, its directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents other Members and/or visitors or the use of the Solace Gym premises, facilities, equipment and services. Members or guests, including applicants for memberships are advised that it is the responsibility of each individual members to ensure that he or she has achieved such levels of fitness and general health as will allow the use of the centre/participate in other internal sessions (classes) without injury or accident.
Members are recommended to take advice from their GP before taking part in any physical exercise if they have any heart conditions
It is important to note that an induction course is available to be carried out as part of the membership process at the discretion of the member, if a person is to refuse an induction, they do so at their own risk. It is strongly recommended that in case of doubt, members should refer to their GP for advice before starting training. It is also recommended members, in case of any doubt, to part take in a health check prior to their membership start date to assess the level of fitness and/or discuss a dedicated training program with a Solace Gym staff member.
