I agree to the Terms and Conditions of Dyslexia Success.

1. Provide at least a 6 hour cancellation notice for a lesson for credit to return to your account.

2. Cancelled lessons need to be made up within 2 weeks. Please ask which day would be best for you.

3. The package should be completed in approximately 5 months. If you would like to continue with the lessons, a new package would need to be purchased.

4. You can cancel the package at any time. Once you cancel the package, any future payments and future lessons will be cancelled.

For the 1x/week package, you get 18 lessons total. After your first payment, we will book out your 18 lessons for each week on a specific day and time available. For any cancellation within 6 hours of your appointment from you or a cancellation from Dyslexia Success, you will receive credit for that hour, and we will reschedule your appointment. The payment terms for the Dyslexia 1x/week 1:1 option is $360/month for 5 months, totaling = $1,800. If you would like to continue after the 18th lesson, you would need to purchase a new package.

For the 2x/week package, you get 36 lessons total. After your first payment, we will book out your 36 lessons for each week on 2 specific days and times available. For any cancellation within 6 hours of your appointment from you or a cancellation from Dyslexia Success, you will receive credit for that hour, and we will reschedule your appointment. The payment terms for the Dyslexia 2x/week 1:1 option is $720/month for 5 months, totaling = $3,600. If you would like to continue after the 36th lesson, you would need to purchase a new package.
