Bookings –

All bookings are to be made via the website and links therein for Reiki and Forensic Healing. Full payment is required on booking. A reminder text will be sent to you before your appointment.

New Client Information –

On making a first booking to either service it is a requirement that the Pre Session Client Intake Form is filled in and submitted. This may take up to about 15 minutes and is done online. A Client Consent and Waiver Form will be required to be signed at the time of the first appointment. Personal health information is kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties.

Changes to bookings –

Changes to bookings are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is done via the email that you received confirming your appointment. Click on Change Booking and select the best time available to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or No Shows – with less than 48 hours notice

Please note a late cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a no show will result in full payment being charged. It is not possible to cancel using the buttons on the original confirmation email during the 48 hour window prior to the booked appointment. However, it is still necessary to communicate your changed circumstances. Please endeavour to do this by either calling directly on 0472 564 561, or emailing at anne-marie@innerradiancetherapies.com.au .

All of the above terms and conditions apply to each type of booking, package, coupon, gift certificate.

Extra Conditions for *Packages for 3 Sessions*

It is a condition of purchase that the client has already had a New Client 90 minute Introductory Session.

When purchasing a package for either Forensic Healing or Reiki it is paid in full. You will be issued with a unique certificate code related to your purchase. It is optional, but helpful to register for an account where this code will be kept. When booking the first session its cost will be deducted from the total amount of the package. The remaining two sessions can be booked at any time that suits you, either separately or together - the original certificate code will need to be added at the time of booking. Once again it will automatically update and display any remainder time owing to you.

When purchasing a Forensic Healing package you are entitled to 3 x 1 hour Forensic Healing Sessions only. Similarly when purchasing a Reiki Package you are entitled to 3 x 1 hour Reiki Sessions only.

Extra Conditions for *Gift Certificates*

Purchasing a Gift Certificate for a particular dollar amount, entitles the recipient to use that same dollar amount as a discount on any appointment type.

Each Gift Certificate comes with its own unique code and expiry date. It is a requirement for this gift certificate to be used within 12 months of issue.

Extra Conditions for "Coupons"

Coupons may be offered at particular times, for example as a special introductory offer, or client bonus. These coupon codes are always for a limited time. Please note the unique time limit related to these offers. These offers will be for a one time use only and applicable to the appointment types as advertised.
