Cancellation Policy: Atlanta West Studio has a 24-hour grace period in which clients can cancel their registration/studio rental and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% cancelation fee will apply. If the client chooses to cancel 15-21 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. If the registration is cancelled within 14 days of the event, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. *Please note that the above policy also applies to clients on a payment plan. Clients are responsible for all installments of the payment plan, should they decide to cancel within the above timeframe. Once registered/studio booked, you are agreeing to make all payments associated with a class/studio rental. There are no refunds for missed, dropped or cancelled classes/studio rental, should your schedule change once registered/booked and within the cancellation policy.

Acting Classes: We reserve the right to merge or cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Most classes require a minimum of 8 students. In the rare event that a class has less than 8 students, it is possible that it will be paired with its corresponding class. Clients will be notified if there is a change in time.
