A certified Nutrition Coach will test your metabolism (RMR test) and Body Composition (DEXA scan) as well as review your current diet with you in order to generate a Nutrition Plan for you. A follow-up consult and DEXA scan is scheduled within 2 months of first scan to evaluate progress and make any necessary plan adjustments.

This is our most intensive nutrition plan designed for those who need daily accountability and daily access to a dedicated Nutrition Coach. A certified Nutrition Coach will first test your metabolism (RMR test) and body composition (DEXA scan) as well as review your current diet with you in order to generate a Nutrition Plan for you. 3 follow up DEXA scans with consultations are scheduled at the 4, 8 and 12 week mark to evaluate progress, as well as an end-of-program RMR test. In addition, you will get a daily review of your MyFitness Pal entries emailed to you weekly to keep you accountable and on track.
