Membership Terms:

All memberships are tied to one child and can not be transferred. Each child requires their own membership, but can be accompanied by different adults during each visits.

Siblings under 6 months are free with a paid child.

Use code FAMSAVE when purchasing a 2nd or 3rd membership for additional children to save!

All memberships will automatically renew and bill to your payment choice at the end of your term. If you do not wish to renew, please email or come in to the café up to 5 days prior to renewal to cancel.

Memberships begin with the first day of play.

If renewal payment is unsuccessful, no further play is possible until payment has been made. You will have 7 days to update payment to retain your current membership pricing renewal. If payment is not updated and successful at that time, membership will be cancelled and you will need to sign up for future play at the updated rates available at the time.

Café rules must be followed during your play, and repeated warnings will be given if issues arise during a visit. We will give children/caregivers 3 chances to adhere to café rules, before asking that a member take a break from visiting.

Memberships are non-refundable, but in the case of elongated illness, they can be paused and extended. In case of unexpected relocation, you can receive the remaining value of your membership as a gift certificate to use in our retail shop.

Memberships cancelled by staff due to being asked to stop visits because of behavior issues will be granted the remaining full month/s value as a gift certificate to be used in our retail area.

Punch Pass Terms:

Punch Passes can be used for any child to play, and is not tied to a single child or adult.

Punch Passes can be used until complete with no expiration date.
