Membership Terms:

All memberships are tied to one family and can not be transferred. Each family requires their own membership with the amount of playing children, but can be accompanied by different adults during each visits.

Held or Carried Siblings Are Free.

Purchase a two kid or 3-5 kid family membership for additional children!

All memberships will automatically renew and bill to your payment choice at the end of your term. If you do not wish to renew, please email or come in to the café up to 5 days prior to renewal to cancel. Cancellation is possible through your confirmation email and your renewal email.

Memberships begin when purchased.

If renewal payment is unsuccessful, no further play is possible until payment has been made. You will have 7 days to update payment to retain your current membership pricing renewal. If payment is not updated and successful at that time, membership will be cancelled and you will need to sign up for future play at the updated rates available at the time.

Café rules must be followed during your play, and repeated warnings will be given if issues arise during a visit. We will give children/caregivers 3 chances to adhere to café rules, before asking that a member take a break from visiting.

Memberships are non-refundable. In case of unexpected relocation, you can receive the remaining play session value of your membership as a gift certificate to use in our retail shop.

Memberships cancelled by staff due to being asked to stop visits because of behavior issues will be granted the remaining full month/s value as a gift certificate to be used in our retail area.

Punch Pass Terms:

Punch Passes can be used for any child to play, and is not tied to a single child or adult.

Punch Passes can be used until complete with noted expiration date.
