Those who don't preregister and show up are not guaranteed a spot. Please email or text before arriving to see if there are openings available and allow time to register onsite.
Please arrive with enough time to allow for you to get settled into class without being disruptive to other students. If you find you are going to be late, please send a text to let us know and then enter quietly.
Studio door is locked when class is scheduled to begin.
Any refund requests will be subject to a 5% admin fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Please be aware that if you sign up but do not show, you will be charged the $15 drop-in fee, or one of your class passes. Members will be charged a $3 fee for a no show. Please understand that we are a boutique style yoga studio with a great community feel. We don't have unlimited space, each spot for class goes to paying the teacher and all the expenses involved in bringing a beautiful relaxing space to our students. We encourage you to follow through with your commitment when you register for a class so that those wanting to attend have that ability. We understand things happen and that's why the software is set up to allow cancellations up to two hours before a class which allows another student on the waiting list to take your place.
Drop In students canceling a class can reschedule for another class offering up to 2 hours prior to scheduled class time without penalty.
Multiple Class Package or Gift Certificate users will be credited back to their account if cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to class start time.

Members

You can freeze your membership for a maximum period of 30 days by providing a minimum 7 day notice via email to puravida.Lynda@gmail.com, the time frozen will be added to your membership duration.
You must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before it renews each Monthly Period, Semi-Annual or Annual Period in order to avoid the next billing cycle. Member is responsible for canceling through their membership log in account.
If there is to be an increase in current membership fees, members will be given a 30 day notice prior to the expected increase.

Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher

Classes may be canceled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change.

Class Package Expiration

Class Packages cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Package and it expires, the credit will no longer be valid.

Intro packages are intended for those new to the studio and are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire 14 days after purchase.
