Science tells us that the more you practice self-hypnosis and meditation, the more effective it will be during labor.

This weekly class, led by Erica, creates a space for you to practice self hypnosis by setting intentions and learning how to harness the power of meditation in labor, birth, and beyond.

We'll check-in and present a theme for the particular session, then move into a guided meditation/relaxation session for about 20 minutes.

Pregnancy is a time of many physical changes in the body. Through Prenatal Yoga, you can learn techniques and postures to help prepare the body for birth and alleviate common pregnancy symptoms.

In each class you will learn to eliminate fears and channel your energy into strength, focus, and peace through guided mediations and breathing strategies. Mothers in all stages of pregnancy are welcome in this class and no yoga experience is necessary.

These private, one-on-one, sessions will help you prepare for birth with confidence. Taught by Erica Paulson, with over 16 years of birth experience, she will tailor this class to meet your very specific needs in a private setting at Nurture in Hyde Park or virtually.

Erica can cover topics such as VBAC, multiples, surrogacy, rainbow babies, self-hypnosis, homebirth, and more.
