How We Work

No one at Mxharrishill.com can guarantee particular results, but all practitioners and staff at Mxharrishill.com are committed to making sure you have the best possible experience, get the most out of the work as possible, and we will support you in making the changes that you want to make and feel ready to make. Our success rate so far has been 100% and we will do everything we can to make sure that continues; we recognise that that 100% 5-star success rate is also due to our clients being very proactive and willing to take part fully in the process. Please note that this is not a counselling or therapy service; coaching is results- and action-focussed, and we support you to create goals that feel good to you, as every healing journey is different, and we believe that you know yourself better than we do. That being said, there are certain golden rules around emotional health, boundaries, accountability, and healthy behaviour that we will highlight and encourage in all interactions, including with ourselves.

The Technical Bits

Clients wishing to work with us are responsible for making sound financial decisions for themselves and we will never pressure you to panic buy - we're not going anywhere! It is also important to have at least your basic needs met in order to get the most out of our work together; this includes having a place of safety and privacy to carry out our work together, which will usually be online. Mxharrishill.com is a business, so cannot offer every product or service at discounted or low rates, but is in the process of making plenty of low-cost or free resources. Please note that any full-price group or 1:1 coaching packages have a 5-day cooling off period, or up until the day before the first appointment, whichever is sooner. If you require a refund please email hello@mxharrishill.com within the cooling off period requesting a refund and letting us know why you're requesting it. Please note that any refunds may be returned minus a small transaction fee; this is something our payment platform is in control of and therefore we can't change this. Please note that all packages have an expiry date. Group packages are non-transferable; please make the most of the packages you've paid for; you will have access to any recordings and any other materials afterwards. Please note that any failure to finish paying for a package on a payment plan may result in your sessions being terminated and any access to materials being removed; please contact us straight away if you have a problem in paying for your subscription or plan. Please note that we try to be flexible on the occasions you need to change 1:1 appointments, but if this flexibility is abused, we may withdraw the option for you to reschedule and ask that any future appointments are honoured, otherwise you may forfeit sessions. If you have a health condition that affects your ability to show up for appointments, this will never be a barrier to us taking you on as a client, but we do need to have a realistic conversation of both parties' needs and to make sure we have an agreement in place of how to handle this so that our relationship continues to be positive.

We are honoured that you'll be spending some of your precious time with us and we will do everything we can to make this a healing, compassionate and life-affirming experience. Everything you share with us is kept completely confidential, except in instances where there is an immediate threat to life. This is why we ask for safeguarding information. This information is only used in an emergency, otherwise we will never contact your healthcare provider and neither will we supply your information to anyone, unless we are legally bound.

Once you have bought your package, instructions on booking your appointments will be emailed to you within a few minutes of your order going through. Save that email with your unique booking code and scheduling link for future reference.
